Virginia Tech® home

Taylor is a proud Hokie, born and raised in Blacksburg to a Virginia Tech family—her parents attended the university and never left! After graduating from Virginia Tech herself, she chose to stay in the area and pursue a career with the university she loves.

Taylor brings a wealth of experience to her role as an Assistant Director in the Undergraduate Admissions office, having worked/studied in several areas across campus, including the College of Natural Resources and Environment, the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design, the College of Engineering, and the Corps of Cadets. She’s passionate about sharing what makes Virginia Tech special and feels honored to be part of each student’s journey to becoming a Hokie.

During her time as a student, Taylor was a member of the Marching Virginians for three years. She remains deeply involved in the alumni community and most recently serving as President of the Marching Virginians Alumni Association.

Outside the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, playing trivia with friends, reading, caring for (too many!) houseplants, and traveling.
