Reach out to both prospective students and those who are already attending, and research the campus culture.

I chose Virginia Tech because...

It felt like home from day one. I participated in tons of prospective student weekends and activities, so I felt extremely comfortable with the school and on campus before I submitted an application, and began to really "see" myself here.
