Principal Partnerships Officer

Andrea Koslow is a connector and a communicator.  She serves as Principal Partnerships Officer at the Virginia Tech Innovation Campus, a first-of-its-kind graduate school focused on developing the tech talent pipeline in the nation’s capital, in partnership with some of America’s top tech and defense companies. 

Notable prior roles include Vice President & Executive Director of the Washington Media Scholars Foundation, Senior Director of National Brand Strategy & Marketing Production for Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and Executive Director, Brand & Creative Marketing at the National American Red Cross. She cut her communication and marketing teeth at CARE USA and the Turner Foundation.  Rumor has it she was even once Jane Fonda’s personal assistant. With her husband Chef Barry Koslow and her daughter Josephine, she lives in Alexandria, Virginia.

Andrea earned a B.A. in English and Political Science from Furman University and graduated with honors from L’Academie de Cuisine French Culinary School. She earned her M.A. in Film and Video Production at the American University School of Communication.
