As a Federal Service Student Ambassador, Chris Ramos, of Woodbridge, Va., a senior majoring in management in the Pamplin College of Business, assists students with finding and applying for federal jobs and internships. 

“I have been working with Career Services to increase awareness about employment opportunities with the federal government,” Ramos said. “Some of the ways that I do this are by hosting workshops, making presentations, and doing one-on-one advising sessions. This past year, we hosted seven workshops and presentations on how to get a government job.”

This spring, he and Career Services are organizing a seminar on security clearance.
