On Monday, November 7, 2005, the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors passed a resolution adopting the management agreement operational policies and performance measures allowed by Subchapter 3 of Chapter 4.10 of the Restructured Higher Education Financial and Administrative Operations Act.
These materials represent Virginia Tech's management agreement that was negotiated with the Secretaries of Finance, Administration, Education, and Technology. The management agreement was executed on November 15, 2005, as required by § 23-38.97 of the Code of Virginia.
