Venue Openings on Saturday, May 18
On Saturday, please do not arrive more than one hour in advance of the scheduled ceremony time to avoid traffic and parking delays or long wait times for building entry. Every effort will be made to have doors open approximately one hour prior to all college or departmental ceremonies. The time will be dependent on the group that is currently in the venue, and the preparation time necessary for upcoming ceremonies.
