Shultz Hall contains three dining rooms, Shultz Express, and a small book store. Its facilities can feed more than 2,000 students at a single meal. A portion of building contains television studio and production space for the Communication Department.

Named for John Henry Shultz, mess steward, 1898-1912 and 1915-17.
Shultz Hall is located adjacent to the site of the first mess hall. The dining hall was first used in September 1962. It cost $1,069,925 to construct. The facility was renovated in 1995. The decorative aluminum seals on front of building were crafted by Armento Architectural Arts of Buffalo, N.Y.
