The Chemistry/Physics building was occupied in the Spring of 2004. The 85,000-square-foot-building has offices, classrooms, and laboratories for both the chemistry department and physics department. The building has four organic chemistry laboratories, upper-level chemistry labs, a polymer lab, computer labs, and microbiology labs.
