Art and Design Learning Center

Built in 1931 as the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory. The Art & Design Learning Center (ADLC) houses the studios for Ceramics, Painting, and Sculpture for the art department, following renovation in 1997. It is also known as the "the Old Print Shop" from the time the building housed the university printing department (which moved to leased space in the former K-Mart building on South Main Street). Renamed from Mechanical Engineering Laboratory when print shop moved from First
Academic Building in June, 1953.
