- The ICTAS Nanoscale Characterization and Fabrication Laboratory is in the Corporate Research Center, adjacent to the Virginia Tech campus.
- Construction of a third building in the Life Sciences quadrangle of the Virginia Tech campus, is expected to conclude early 2011.
- Construction of a National Capital Region facility in Ballston, Va., is under way. That seven-floor, 144,000-square foot-building also is expected to be finished in 2011.
